Collective Bargaining Agreement Signed

The Tea Association of Malawi recently signed our 6th Collective Bargaining Agreement with the Plantations Agricultural Workers Union (PAWU).

Edson Liswese, Vice President of PAWU, joined Wilfred Nkhoma, General Secretary of TAML, to sign this important agreement.

"We have a very good relationship with PAWU. We are both trying to make life better for our workers," said Amos Suluma, Director in the TAML Board.

TAML continues working to improve life for tea workers—from increasing wages to building safer, gender-inclusive workplaces across our member estates.
